Inaccurate tracking or sensor issues

Check that the sensor on the underside of the mouse is clean and free from dust or debris using a soft, lint-free cloth or compressed air.

Try using the mouse on a proper surface, such as a high-quality gaming mouse pad, to ensure consistent tracking.

Adjust the DPI settings to see if lowering the sensitivity improves accuracy.

Reset the DPI settings or update the firmware, if available, to ensure the sensor calibration is correct.

Erratic DPI or sensitivity adjustments

Verify that the DPI adjustment button or switch isn’t stuck or inadvertently being activated.

Ensure that the DPI settings are correctly programmed and recognized by any accompanying software.

Test each DPI level by switching settings during use and confirming the changes on your display.

Reset the DPI configurations or update the firmware to resolve any irregular behavior with sensitivity adjustments.

Connectivity or wireless signal drop

Ensure the wireless receiver is securely connected to your USB port and remains unobstructed.

For wireless models, make sure the mouse is fully charged and that power-saving modes are not interfering with performance.

Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port or testing it on another device to isolate the issue.

Minimize interference from other wireless devices and, if possible, switch to an alternative connection mode available on your device.

Unresponsive buttons or click issues

Test all buttons to identify if one or more are not consistently registering clicks.

Clean around the buttons using compressed air to remove any dust or debris that might be affecting the mechanical micro-switches.

Check the button sensitivity settings in the mouse configuration software, if applicable, to ensure they are properly adjusted.

Restart the mouse or update its firmware to rule out any software-related glitches impacting button performance.

RGB lighting malfunctions

Ensure that the RGB lighting is activated and correctly configured through the mouse’s onboard controls or dedicated software.

Cycle through the different lighting modes (such as Neon, Breath, and Static) to confirm if the issue is isolated to one setting.

Inspect the cable and internal connections for any damage that might be affecting power delivery to the lighting system.

Reset the mouse to its factory settings or update the firmware to address any lighting control irregularities.

Battery and power issues (Wireless models)

Make sure the mouse is fully charged and that you are using the correct charging cable and adapter as specified in the product documentation.

Check the power indicators or LED signals to verify the mouse is receiving consistent power.

Try charging using a different outlet or cable to rule out external issues with the charging setup.

Perform a reset or update the firmware if battery performance remains unstable or if power connectivity issues persist.

Customizable grip length or tail case issues

Inspect the adjustable components of the mouse, such as the customizable grip and changeable tail case, to ensure they are securely attached and correctly aligned.

Adjust the grip or tail case according to the manufacturer’s instructions without applying excessive force.

Test different configurations to determine if the adjusted settings affect your comfort and performance.

Contact customer support if these adjustable parts appear to be malfunctioning or show signs of damage.
