- Reconnect the detachable USB-C cable or try a different USB port.
- Clean around the affected keys; ensure nothing obstructs switch travel.
- In Qontrol, adjust per-key actuation to a firmer setting (FLUX 65).
- Disable or retune Rapid Trigger if keys feel too sensitive (FLUX 65).
- Update firmware and test in a key tester to confirm registration.
- Power off and remove the switch using the included puller.
- Check that both pins are straight; reinsert fully and evenly.
- Test with another MX-compatible switch to verify the socket.
- Update firmware; reset key mapping in Qontrol if needed.
- Select the correct mode: USB-C, 2.4 GHz (dongle), or Bluetooth (up to 3 devices).
- Charge fully; power-save modes can reduce responsiveness.
- Re-pair Bluetooth or replug the 2.4 GHz receiver; try a closer USB port.
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices nearby.
- In Qontrol, set the desired polling rate (up to 8K on FLUX 65 / LOOP 65).
- Use a direct motherboard USB port; avoid unpowered hubs.
- Close background apps that may cap USB bandwidth or CPU time.
- Drop to 1K temporarily to verify stability, then retest higher rates.
- Toggle RGB with onboard shortcuts or manage effects in Qontrol.
- Cycle presets to check if the issue is effect-specific.
- Verify the USB-C cable and port provide stable power.
- Update firmware; reset lighting profile and reapply.
- In Qontrol, click Apply/Save to Device to write to onboard memory.
- Run Qontrol with sufficient permissions; close conflicting macro tools.
- Free a slot by deleting unused profiles, then try saving again.
- Factory reset the keyboard and reimport your profile.
- Tighten case screws evenly to maintain consistent gasket compression.
- Ensure foam layers are seated flat between plate and PCB.
- Try different keycaps (PBT vs. ABS) to adjust tone and feel.
- For FLUX 65, check silicone dampening is intact for quieter keystrokes.
