1. Warranty

a) QPAD warrants this product against defects in workmanship and materials for two (2) years from purchase date under normal consumer use conditions.

b) The two-year warranty does not cover the free accessories such as cables and or other free items included in the package.

c) If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, QPAD will, at its option, repair or replace the product.

d) Parts repaired or replaced by the QPAD service site are covered for three (3) months or for the remainder of original warranty period, whichever is longer.

2.The warranty EXCLUSIONS

The warranty only covers failures of malfunctions occurred during the warranty period and in normal use conditions as well as for material or workmanship defect. The warranty will not apply if:

  • The products been tampered, repaired, and or modified by non-authorized personal.
  • The serial number of the product has been altered, cancelled or removed.
  • The product failure caused by improper operation, cleaning or maintenance, accident, damage, misuse, abuse, non-QPAD modifications to the product, normal wear and tear or any other event, act or omission outside QPAD’s control

3. To Obtain Technical Support

a) Please refer the user manual however if there are other enquires on the product please submit a technical support request and sent to infoqpad@qpad.com

4. Exclusion of Damages (Disclaimer)

QPAD shall not be liable in any event to the purchaser or party involves for any incidental or consequential damage, (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from interruption of service and loss of businesses), or liability to this product or resulting from its use or possession.

QPAD under this warranty conditions program is sole obligation and liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product at our options.

5. For Warranty Service

a) Within the first 2 years after purchase do contact your local QPAD authorized dealer/retailer, from where you bought the product, for repair or replacement.

b) If the product is still within warranty and you can no longer return it to your dealer, please contact QPAD Support for assistance and instructions. QPAD will not accept returns without prior approval and a RMA number, this service also applies for product purchase from QPAD website.

c) Obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from QPAD Technical support’s website www.qpad.com/support/. You will be asked to provide model number , serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem and a poof of purchase.

d) when returning the product, please ensure a proof of purchase with the defective product and the RMA number clearly on the packaging.

e) Your Shipment is postpaid and note that Your dealer or QPAD will not be responsible for damage due to shipping.
